London, 29 December 2021
First of all we’d like to thank you for staying with us this year, and we wish you a wonderful festive season and a happy new year.
As of today we are now certain that this event will be allowed to go ahead as planned on New Years Day. The venue Union is ready to host the first Bootylicious of 2022, on 1 January from 11pm, and we very much hope to see you there, ready to party.
By then we think that you will all have downloaded your covid pass, or know how to get one by doing a covid test and registering it with the NHS app just before the event. So it should be easy for everyone at the door. Visitors from other parts of the world can usually use covid certificates from their country. This applies to residents of the European Union and 34 other countries.
Love from everone at Bootylicious
Start 2022 with us at Bootylicious where music is what makes the party pop. 6 of the best of London’s top DJs across 2 dance floors. It’s all about RnB Hiphop, Dancehall, Afrobeat, Trap to Disco and House, and a mainly LGBTQ crowd. Held in an unpretentious railway arch venue called Union, a few yards away from Vauxhall stations.
We are the longest running club night for QTPOC. Founded back in 2001, it was one of the earliest clubs in the capital to strive for diversity on the DJ line up and dance-floor and we continue to do so today by providing a safe space for queer and trans people of colour and their allies.
Advance tickets or pay on the door. Our advance tickets sell from £10, more on the door. Student concessions with ID £10.
Be ready to show valid photo ID to prove you are 18 or over.
Bootylicious is a space for everyone to feel welcome and loved. Racism, sexism, ableism, ageism, homophobia, transphobia, or any other form of discrimination will not be tolerated. Behave with beauty.
